Shipping

All orders are shipped from The Netherlands

I either ship with PostNL or DHL, you can choose which one you prefer at check out.

Please note: once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, what happens to it is out of my hands.

I ship all packages with track and trace so that, should anything go wrong, we can hopefully resolve the issue.

I also ensure that all packages are packed as securely and neatly as possible.

Unfortunately, mishaps or damage can occur during delivery, and there is nothing I can do about that.

However, you are always welcome to send me a message or email, and I will see if a solution can be found.

Ready-made products are usually shipped within one week.

For custom products, I allow myself two weeks for production (in addition to the time needed for shipping).

It will usually be much faster than that, but I want to give myself enough time to finish the item and ensure it is crafted as perfectly as possible.
